REMINDER TO ALL BUICK AND CADILLAC OWNERS
This is a reminder of our relaxed, family picnic event which takes place next Sunday – 3rd April 2011 at Delta Park, Johannesburg
The venue is well grassed and shaded by trees. We will have our pagodas on site for extra shade, hopefully near to the entrance. Look out for our site banners/ pagodas as you enter the venue. It is also traditionally a charity event organised by SAMCA (South African Marque Car Association) and appropriate to give them a donation of however much you feel like giving. Funds go to Johannesburg Hospice – a worthy beneficiary. Otherwise no entrance fee or further cost.
There is a kiosk on site for ice creams etc., quite a walk, but suggest bring your own picnic basket, liquid refreshments, bottled water, tafelties and picnic chairs. A great opportunity to see a wide variety of classic, vintage and veteran cars and to relax and enjoy the day in pleasant surroundings with family and friends.
Suggestion – DO COME ALONG EARLY if you can– as it is always a popular event. Some of us will be on site from before 7am to cordon off an area for the magnificent Buicks and Cadillac’s.

In terms of the map to Delta park...
FROM M1 SOUTH - Take Malibongwe road, towards Randburg.
4th road to LEFT turn LEFT into Boundary.
At T-Junction turn RIGHT into Braam Fischer.
Then turn LEFT into 1st Avenue Linden.
Turn Left into either Leighton or Craighall roads to meet up with Craighall extension - which enters park.
